Owner, Master Barber
Spiro discovered his passion for barbering during his college years, where he honed his skills by providing haircuts to his peers for beer money. After graduating from the prestigious Academy of Professional Barber-Stylists in 2015, he further refined his craft under the guidance of the esteemed Bill the Barber, mastering the art of precision cutting and contemporary styling.
Throughout his career, Spiro has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including high-ranking government officials and DC United. His dedication to excellence and commitment to staying current with industry trends have established him as a trusted professional in the field.
Now, as the proud owner of our salon and a holder of “Master” status, Spiro specializes in cutting all hair types and lengths. He is dedicated to delivering personalized service that combines traditional techniques with modern trends, ensuring that every client leaves with a look that is both refined and innovative.
Yanni
Manager, Hair Stylist
Yanni began his career in the hair industry at the age of 17 and graduated from The Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology in 2006. His passion for hairstyling quickly led him into the world of television, editorial, and celebrity styling, where early work on photoshoots and TV productions in 2011 opened the door to collaborations with major networks including NBC News, CNBC, MSNBC, Telemundo, Peacock, and Mega TV of Greece.
Over the years, Yanni’s talent and attention to detail have earned him the opportunity to style celebrities, public figures, and world leaders including President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. He has also worked with professional sports organizations including the Washington Wizards, Washington Mystics, and Washington Capitals.
Based in Bethesda, Maryland, Yanni is known for creating effortless, modern, and customized looks tailored to each client. He specializes in dimensional blonding, balayage, highlighting, hair color, extensions, precision haircutting, and event hairstyling. Whether behind the chair, on set, or backstage, his work is driven by creativity, precision, and a commitment to making every client feel confident and elevated. Today, Yanni continues to be recognized as one of the most sought-after stylists in the Bethesda and Washington, DC area.
SANDY
MaSTER BARBER/Stylist
Sandy started cutting hair when she was 21 years old. Her first job was at a salon in Ocean City, Maryland where she quickly became a favorite. She loved to party all night, sleep late and always looked forward to her next hair masterpiece in the morning; she had found her passion.
Sandy is truly a hair genius and is very experienced in mens and woman's haircuts. Add to that a great personality and you have a deadly combination. Make sure to stop by and get a great haircut by Sandy we guarantee you will love it!
Emma

Emma graduated from the Academy of Professional Barbers. Originally from Croatia, she grew up here in Montgomery county.
She enjoys cutting hair and is an all around people person. She is experienced in men and kids haircuts. If you're looking for a nice haircut with a fun conversation, book with Emma.
Emma also absolutely loves animals! So make sure you bring your pup along with you to your next haircut!
Farrah
Master Stylist
Farrah is one of our premier stylists and colorists, known for her precision, creativity, and personalized approach to every client.
Her passion for hairstyling began at just 13 years old, when she began flat ironing clients’ hair in their homes, an early sign of both her talent and entrepreneurial spirit. In 2010 where she transitioned into an apprenticeship under renowned blonde specialist Maggie Sprague, where she refined her skills and developed a keen eye for dimensional color.
Today, Farrah specializes in women's haircutting and customized color services, with particular expertise in grey blending and coverage for both men and women. She is detail-oriented and takes her time with every service to ensure exceptional results. Her perfectionist approach translates into consistently polished, natural-looking outcomes. Clients appreciate her thoughtful process, attention to nuance, and commitment to helping them feel confident and refreshed.
Emanuel

Emanuel joins our BCC family with a strong background in men’s grooming and a passion for creating standout looks. From clean fades to sharp, classic cuts, he brings precision and skill to every service.
His friendly approach and eye for detail make clients feel at ease, knowing they’re in expert hands. Emanuel believes a great haircut isn’t just about style—it’s about helping each person look and feel their best.
Beyond the salon, Emanuel is an avid soccer player and lifelong Barcelona fan. The discipline and drive he’s honed on the pitch inspires his work behind the chair every day.

Johnny
barber
Johnny is the newest member of the BCC team, bringing with him a strong family tradition of barbering — you could say it’s in his blood.
Passionate about his craft, Johnny takes the time to listen to each client and deliver a haircut tailored to their style and needs. He works confidently with all hair types and is committed to making sure every client leaves looking and feeling their best.
Outside the shop, Johnny is a huge sports fan and an avid skateboarder. Whether you’re stopping in for a fresh cut or talking skate and sports, he’ll make sure you feel right at home.

Master barber
Lily is a Baltimore native now but originally from Bethesda. She has been cutting hair for over 15 years and specializes in mens haircuts.She has a vast array of skills ranging from a skin tight fade to a long scissor haircut.
Lily is really talented in cutting but also likes doing blowouts and curls for those special occasions. She is also Bellami extension certified so make sure to inquire about all your extension needs!
Benni

Benny is our smile expert. If you are having a bad day he is just the person you want to be around. With the most contagious laugh he brings joy and happiness to our shop with a little sprinkle of drama.
